"The tech who came out was nice…"
The tech who came out was nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He explained a few things in a way that was easy to understand, which I did appreciate. It just felt a little rushed, and I had to ask more than once what the next step was, so that part was kind of... I don’t know. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t anything amazing. Average, I guess

"Fixed it right away"
My tank was acting up and they got the repair done faster than I thought they would. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s been fine, no problems so far. Straightforward and it actually solved it, so yeah.

Tankair was okay overall. They showed up later than I was told, and I mean it wasn’t a massive delay or anything, but still kind of annoying when you’re waiting around. Once they got there, though, the service was fine, anyway, I just wish the timing had been better.
"Seems okay, but I’d still be careful"
I checked out Tankair.com and, it looks legit enough. I didn’t notice anything that felt like a major red flag, but I can’t say I felt completely confident using it either. Some of the information is there, it just feels a little thin in places. I’d probably use it if I needed to, but I’d double-check everything before spending a lot of money. Overall, it seems fine, just not quite reassuring enough.

"Quick Help When I Needed It"
I had a small issue with my booking and, to be honest, I was a bit cautious because I didn’t want it turning into a bigger problem last minute. I messaged Tankair just to make sure everything was on record, and they got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without any hassle, which was a relief. Overall, good support and easy to deal with

"Good install, but a few things felt rushed"
Overall, the install went well and everything seems to be working fine. That said, a few parts looked like they were done in a hurry, which was a little disappointing because it felt totally preventable. With a bit more attention to detail, it would’ve been a much better experience

"Fair Prices, But Nothing Special"
The prices are fair, especially compared to some other places I’ve tried, but I expected a little more for what I paid. It wasn’t bad by any means, just felt kind of average overall. I’d say it gets the job done, but I’ve had better experiences for around the same price.

"A Bit of a Nail-Biter, But They Came Through"
They did answer my emergency call, which was a huge relief in the moment. It did feel like forever waiting for them to actually get here, though, definitely had me pacing around a bit. Once they arrived, I was just glad the whole ordeal was finally being handled.

It was just hard to book. The process felt clunky, and I had to mess around more than I expected just to get it sorted. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be

"I ordered a tank from Tankair a…"
I ordered a tank from Tankair a while ago it’s been hassle-free. I use it a fair bit, not every second of the day, but often enough to know if something was going to annoy me. No leaks so far, no random pressure drops, nothing coming loose or acting up like my old one used to. Delivery was fine too, I almost forgot about that part, but yeah, no issues there. Mainly I’m just happy it works when I need it to and feels dependable. I’d buy from them again.

"Clean and easy experience"
I had Tank Air come out for a job, i was relieved with how clean they kept everything. I’m the type who already puts off home stuff because I don’t want to deal with the mess afterward, so that really mattered to me. They put things back, swept up, and didn’t leave little random pieces everywhere like I’ve seen other crews do. Made the whole thing way less of a headache. I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty average experience"
Tankair was okay overall. Booking was simple enough and everything did work out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I did end up waiting longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad experience, just wasn’t anything that really stood out to me... kind of average, maybe

"Pretty good overall"
I had to contact Tankair about an issue I was having, and to be fair, they got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. There was a bit of a delay at one point, not totally sure what happened there, so I’m not giving 5 stars. But overall, I was happy with the service

"Really Reassuring Customer Service"
I had a few questions before placing my order, the staff made the whole thing feel so easy and stress-free. They answered everything clearly, and it really felt like they knew the products inside and out, not like they were just reading some generic script. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but I had to follow up twice before I got a proper response. A little frustrating, because who really wants to keep chasing support? Still, they did help in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience overall.

"Simple and easy to work with"
I had a really smooth experience with tankair. Whenever I had a question, they got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. It was more like, “Yep, here’s what you need to know,” instead of a bunch of confusing back and forth. I definitely appreciated how straightforward everything was.
